Someone needs to tell her that the noise level in her womb has been equated to the sound of a running vacuum. And she's worried about jackhammers......?!?!? And she's smoking?!?! I'm sorry, did I actually see that in the picture?!? Jackhammers, she's worried about jackhammers, and she is inhaling smoke for her baby???
